By accessing or using Martiva ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, agents, and visitors. Additional terms may apply to specific features such as subscriptions or agent programs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Martiva. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others
• Not create multiple accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Listings & Content

When posting an ad, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to sell the item listed
• The information provided is accurate and not misleading
• Photos are of the actual item being sold
• The item is legal to sell in Liberia
• You will respond to inquiries in good faith

Martiva reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or these terms without prior notice.

5. Transactions

Martiva is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for the terms, conditions, and completion of their transactions.

We strongly recommend meeting in person in public places and inspecting items before making payment. Martiva is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed on the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use the platform for money laundering or fraudulent transactions
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without permission
• Interfere with the platform's security or functionality
• Create fake accounts or post fake reviews
• Sell prohibited items (weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit items)

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription details, including pricing and renewal terms, are provided at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Martiva does not store your payment details directly.

8. Intellectual Property

The Martiva name, logo, design, and all related content are the property of Martiva and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

By posting content on Martiva, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Martiva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Martiva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
