Shop Setup Agents

Contract / Commission

Help new sellers onboard onto the platform. You will assist merchants in creating their accounts, setting up their shop profiles, and listing their first items correctly. Earn 20% commission on every subscription!

Requirements:

Good knowledge of the Martiva platform
Excellent communication skills
Sales or customer service experience is a plus
Ability to travel locally to meet merchants

Marketplace Operations Specialist

Full-time

Be the guardian of our marketplace. You will handle a diverse range of critical tasks including listing approvals, user ID verification, manual transaction approvals, and account moderation (bans/unbans). This versatile role ensures our platform remains safe and trusted.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and good judgment
Ability to multitask across different administrative tools
Experience in content moderation or compliance
Critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
