We are looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented Marketplace Operations Specialist to join our Trust & Safety team. In this critical multi-faceted role, you will be the guardian of the Martiva platform, ensuring that every interaction, listing, and user profile meets our high standards of safety and quality. You will balance efficiency with thoroughness to maintain a trusted environment for thousands of buyers and sellers in Liberia.
Review new ad submissions for compliance with our policies. Ensure photos are clear, descriptions are accurate, and items are not prohibited.
Detect fake or edited documents. Verify that names on IDs match the user's account profile, check for document expiration, and ensure all identification is authentic.
Handle offline payments for subscriptions and listing boosts. Verify receipts from MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, or cash to manually activate services.
Investigate user reports and suspicious activity. Make fair decisions regarding account warnings, suspensions, bans, and appeals.
